Stuck inside on a rainy day, Derek is bored by everything Grandpa suggests he do, including playing with his cars, dinosaurs, or other toys all by himself. Finally, Derek discovers something that is fun: nestling beside Grandpa to read a book.

Mommy challenges Jasmin to look around the kitchen and find things beginning with the letter "T." Proud of herself, Jasmin names items like "tomato" and "telephone." Then, laughing with delight, Jasmin ends the search by "tickling" Mommy.

When Kendra describes all the things her snazzy new shoes help her do better (jump, run, etc.), Mom humorously fantasizes what snazzy new shoes could do for her!

Frustrated by all the things his baby brother can't do (walk, talk, and so on), Victor is thrilled to discover that the baby is very good at one thing: smiling irresistibly.
