Stuck inside on a rainy day, Derek is bored by everything Grandpa suggests he do, including playing with his cars, dinosaurs, or other toys all by himself. Finally, Derek discovers something that is fun: nestling beside Grandpa to read a book.

Mommy challenges Jasmin to look around the kitchen and find things beginning with the letter "T." Proud of herself, Jasmin names items like "tomato" and "telephone." Then, laughing with delight, Jasmin ends the search by "tickling" Mommy.
